The Opportunity:

Join DigitalOps as a Revit Modeler - Architecture, where you will contribute to developing high-detail BIM models and coordinate efforts with other disciplines. You will work closely with in-house teams, including BIM, Product, to deliver models that serve as the foundation for permits, shop drawings, and construction sets. This role will also give you the opportunity to collaborate in creating project-specific solutions based on innovative methodologies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop BIM Revit models with a high level of detail and precision, ensuring full system coordination across all disciplines.
  • Create detailed 2D fabrication drawings using Revit, covering all stages from initial model development to permit sets, and construction documentation.
  • Participate in the development of project-specific solutions and details based on innovative approaches.

Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Associates degree in Architecture.
  • Mid Level with min 4 years proven practical experience and knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Advanced user with 2 years of proven recent Revit experience in construction related roles.
  • Experience in interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings, plans and construction details.
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on organization, and technical abilities.
  • Must be able to exercise independent judgment using technical knowledge within the role, and have the ability for learning independently.
  • Must be able to work well with others as a team in a highly collaborative, dynamic work environment.
  • Good level of English.
  • Experience using BIM360, Navisworks and other BIM tools, work with collaborative models - advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience with LotSpec - advantage.
