The Role

Veev is in need of a skilled finance Director to lead our Finance & Strategy team. The role will play a key role in helping the Company make business decisions and to inform our various stakeholders of the financial position of the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Finance & Strategy team
  • Develop executive report-outs for the leadership team and the board of directors
  • Lead company-wide quarterly forecast/budget and annual plan processes
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders and the Accounting team in the development and refinement of the various close-related process
  • Perform key analytical review procedures such as budget vs actuals and business reviews
  • Work with Operations business partners across Fabrication, Construction, Supply Chain, and Logistics in planning and financial decision making / cost savings
  • Other finance and reporting projects as needed

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree from a top university
  • 8-12 years of corporate Finance or Investment Banking experience. Experience in technology, real estate development, or manufacturing industries a plus
  • A self-starter and confident individual with a keen eye for detail and can work in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn
  • Experienced manager that can develop a top-tier team
  • Exceptional experience in analytics and financial modeling; strong Excel skills are required
  • Works well in a team environment, and can both take and give direction in working towards a common set of goals

Compensation

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $180,000 - $200,000 annually for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas.
