The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented PLM Control Specialist with expertise in Arena PLM administration and experience in BIM software to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the creation, process, implementation, and closure of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs). Additionally, the candidate will coordinate the collection of objective evidence for ECO implementation closure and work closely with various cross-functional teams including Product, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure efficient change management processes are implemented.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $100,000 - $120,000 annually for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas.
